Emirates is seeking recruits for cabin crew vacancies amongst people who are entering or have recently entered the workforce. Recruitment days will be held in Dublin November 30 and Cork December 2. The airline is offering perks such as tax-free salaries and rent-free accommodation in Dubai.

Successful Emirates cabin crew recruits receive additional benefits such as hotel stays, medical coverage, and discounted flight tickets.

Emirates’ entry-level gross salaries are only slightly higher than Aer Lingus and Ryanair, averaging around AED10,388 (€2,600) a month, or approximately €31,200 a year.

Emirates cabin crew applicants should:

  • Be aged 21 or over (no maximum age listed)
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Be at least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm high (into overhead bins)
  • Be able to meet the UAE’s employment visa requirements
  • Have one year’s hospitality or customer service experience
  • Have no visible tattoos while in uniform
  • Be “a natural team player with a personality that shines”
