The British Guild of Travel Writers has confirmed this year’s BGTW Annual Gala Awards Dinner will take place at The Underglobe, part of the cultural landmark Shakespeare’s Globe, Bankside, London. The event, scheduled for the eve of WTM on Monday, 2 November, has been organised in partnership with Explore Charleston and Discover South Carolina and has introduced a new category for 2026, the BGTW PR Recognition Awards, presented in partnership with TravMedia. The organisation has been planning the dinner as a 270-degree video-style experience, promising an evening that includes a sparkling reception, networking opportunities, a charity raffle, and a three-course meal for attendees .

The Guild has opened registration for the last remaining tables and tickets, inviting travel professionals to secure their places at the event.
