Actress and performer Hannah Waddingham will serve as the official Godmother of Princess Cruises’ newest “Love Boat” Sun Princess, with the naming ceremony scheduled for April 23, 2024, at the Port of Barcelona.
The Sun Princess, a 177,882-tonne ship accommodating 4,300 guests, boasts innovative features such as The Dome and the Sphere Atrium, enhancing the spacious venue offerings typical of Princess Cruises ships.
Sun Princess offers an upgraded cruise experience with 30 restaurant and bar venues featuring celebrity collaborations, final touches by butchers and chefs, and destination-inspired cocktail creations.
The ship also presents updated entertainment facilities like the technologically advanced Princess Arena, immersive dining experiences, retail spaces showcasing premium brands, and family activities zone Park19, offering panoramic views and engaging climbs for guests of all ages.
