KLM plans to launch year-round flights between Amsterdam Schiphol and Portland, taking over the route from Delta on October 27.

The Dutch flag carrier will initially operate a thrice-weekly service during the winter season, increasing to five flights per week in summer 2025.

The Amsterdam-Portland route will be served by KLM’s Boeing 787-9 aircraft with seating configurations of 30 in World Business Class, 21 in premium economy, and 224 in economy.

Flight schedules for the winter and summer seasons have been established, with few nonstop flights currently available between Portland and Europe.
