Cathy Domanico has been appointed as the new Tourism Director for Great Lakes USA, bringing over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing across various organizations.
Her career highlights include roles in international marketing and tourism development, most recently serving as CEO of the La Grange Business Association.
Two new flights to the region are set to begin in May 2025: Delta’s service from Dublin to Detroit and Aer Lingus’s direct flights to Indianapolis, Indiana.
David Naftzger, Executive Director of the Conference of Great Lakes St. Lawrence Governors & Premiers, shared: “Cathy’s deep experience with international marketing as well as business development, marketing and managing tourism programs will help promote our region as a tourism destination.”
