IAG Minor Hotels will introduce its Avani Hotels & Resorts lifestyle brand to Singapore with a 200-room property in the Tanjong Pagar district, set to open in the first quarter of 2027.
Avani currently operates 42 hotels and resorts in 24 countries, with plans to expand its portfolio to nearly 100 properties by the end of 2026, including upcoming openings in Thailand, China, and the Seychelles.
Minor Hotels will also launch a second Anantara resort in Ubud, Bali, on October 1, 2024, featuring 85 suites, pool villas, branded residences, and various facilities such as F&B outlets, swimming pools, yoga deck, gym, kids’ club, spa, and meeting rooms.
Additionally, NH Hotels & Resorts, under Minor, will debut its first property in the Indian Ocean with NH Maldives Kuda Rah Resort opening on September 1, 2024, offering deluxe suites and villas, an infinity-edge pool, F&B outlets, spa, gym, kids’ club, and babysitting services in South Ari Atoll, Maldives.
