Despite Ireland’s maritime history, many people have not experienced a ferry journey and research from Stena Line reveals that many people are unaware of the various amenities available on ferries, such as cinemas, spas, and pet cabins, 32pc are unaware they can watch the latest movies in a cinema while 46pc of those questioned don’t expect to find a spa onboard while at sea and 26pc do not realise your pets could enjoy the high seas in a pet cabin.
