Plaza Premium Group has opened its second Plaza Premium First lounge at Hong Kong International Airport, located near Gate 35. The lounge operates daily from 0600 to 0100 and complements the original lounge, which has served airlines such as Qatar Airways.
It is the first independent lounge at the airport to offer a fully certified Halal menu that features a mix of global and Southeast Asian cuisine. Breakfast options include local specialties like Cantonese congee and rice rolls, available until 1100 daily.
The all-day menu features dishes such as Vietnamese duck pho and Thai-style sautéed spicy chicken rice, along with a mobile bar serving various beverages.
Plaza Premium Group shared, “The new Plaza Premium First lounge promises exquisite culinary delights, personalised service and a sweeping 180° tarmac view. The lounge is the first independent to feature a fully certified Halal menu, combining global cuisine with Southeast Asian favourites and local dishes. Guets can savour a menu of breakfast options available until 1100 daily, including proudly local Cantonese congee paired with dumplings and rice rolls. The all-day menu starts at 1100, including the signature Vietnamese duck pho, Thai-style sautéed spicy chicken rice and fish ball noodle soup.”
