
Two American couples reportedly spent €200,000 on a two-week luxury holiday in Ireland and England, contributing to a 37pc increase in post-tax profits for Siobhan Byrne’s luxury travel firm Adams & Butler, which reached €600,153 for the year ending October 2022.
The couples enjoyed accommodations at high-end locations such as The Merrion Hotel in Dublin, Ashford Castle in Mayo, and Glenlo Abbey in Galway, along with private musical and food tours, and exclusive visits in London.
Adams & Butler’s founder, Siobhan Byrne, noted a growing demand for exclusive-use properties and private tours globally, with over 90pc of their clients requesting personalized experiences.
The company, which has also seen growth in its African travel offerings, experienced increased profits, with total accumulated profits of €1.179m and cash funds rising from €1.68m to €2.12m, alongside an increase in staff to 14 employees.
