Rebecca Kelly delighted after being promoted to Head of Ireland at MSC

Rebecca Kelly has been promoted at MSC Cruises in an expansion of its Irish operation. And Alana Byrne joins Rebecca and Regional Sales Representative Erica Oglesby in the Irish team.
“I’m delighted with it – it’s Head of Ireland,” Rebecca Kelly, who will be reporting into British-based Steve Williams, told Travel Extra. MSC said Rebecca has been the key to building the brand into Ireland’s “market-leading cruise line”.

Alana Byrne joins the MSC Ireland team from Newbridge Travel, Co Kildare, and has previously worked for Gohop.ie, Joe Walsh Tours and ebookers in field sales.
Rebecca Kelly, who has worked for MSC for 10 years, has been promoted following a record year in Ireland for the cruise line in 2017.

The line will host more than 400 agents and guests on board MSC Meraviglia this weekend when the ship, the biggest ever to port in Dublin and Cobh, makes its maiden calls here.
