The annual conference of the3 Irish Travel Agents Association is being hosted by Turkiye for the second time. The conference was previously held in Istanbul in 2012.
The conference alternated between Killarney, Limerick and other Irish venues until 1996 when it was held in Benalmádena. In 1999 it took place in Alvor, in 2002 in Newcastle upon Tyne and since 2010 has alternated between Spain and other venues on alternate years.
The conferences have been held on cruise ships, MSC Poesia sailing from Dover to Cork in 2008, Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas rotation from Southampton in 2014 and Uniworlds SS Antoinette in Amsterdam in 2016.
