The transport, tourism, and leisure industry recorded its first increase in activity in three months, as indicated by AIB’s monthly survey of purchasing managers.

The growth in the Irish services sector was driven by stronger domestic demand, with the rate of growth noted as the fastest in three months.

AIB reported that while local demand remained robust, it outpaced the growth of new business from overseas markets.
