
During the U.S. Forum held at Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Virtuoso reported a record-breaking year with sales surpassing pre-pandemic levels by 239pc.
Executive Vice President David Kolner shared that total sales increased by nearly 25 pc in 2024 compared to 2023, with hotel sales soaring by approximately one-third and travelers now booking an average of 124 days in advance.
Projections for leisure sales in 2025 and 2026 show growth of over 30pc, with high-value bookings of $50,000 or more growing by 57 pc, particularly in luxury safaris and cruises.
Virtuoso’s surveys indicate strong optimism among U.S. members and partners for the upcoming year, with 66 pc of respondents planning to hire independent contractors in 2025 and an increase in participation in the enhanced hotel amenities program from 20 to 30 pc.
