VIVA Cruises has named two travel agents as winners of prize draws linked to its relaunched online training programme. Frankie Bond from cruise.co.uk won a four-night VIVA Cruises sailing of their choice while Elizabeth Young from Stein Travel received a Rituals hamper. The prizes were awarded to agents who completed all five modules of the operator’s training programme by 30 September 2026.
The programme was relaunched in July 2026 and comprises five sections covering an introduction to VIVA Cruises, their fleet, onboard experiences, shore excursions and destinations. It features agent-focused material including a toolbox with digital selling guides, brand news and ongoing incentives. The cruise prize draw was open to agents who completed the full programme while the hamper was offered to existing subscribers who completed the new modules.
VIVA Cruises operates a nine-ship fleet across its 2027 programme. The company offers premium river cruises across Europe following the Danube, Douro, Elbe, Moselle, Rhine, Rhône, Seine and the Main-Danube Canal. The training portal brings resources together in one place for agent partners.
Michelle Daniels shared “It’s fantastic to see so many travel agents engaging with our new training programme, and we’d like to congratulate Frankie and Elizabeth on their respective wins. We want to make sure the trade has access to the information and resources they need to sell VIVA Cruises with confidence.”
Frankie Bond shared “The training programme was a great opportunity to learn more about the line, its ships and the itineraries available to customers. I’m looking forward to experiencing VIVA Cruises first-hand and using that knowledge to inspire more people to consider a river cruise holiday.”
