Wicklow County Council revealed plans for the Murrough waterfront park enhancement project in December, featuring an event space and campervan parking.
The landscape design by Cunnane Stratton Reynolds aims to create a linear public park along the Murrough, with amenities like playgrounds, walkways, and sensory gardens.
Pathway Homes has submitted a separate planning application for a 116-bedroom hotel and 107 residential units at the old Veha site, which could boost local tourism and community needs.
Public submissions for the park proposal will be accepted until March 14, with a planning decision expected by March 25.
