Miray Cruises have officially cancelled their planned three-year world cruise organized by Life at Sea.
The departure of the cruise, initially scheduled for November 1, was delayed due to investment challenges, but ultimately the company couldn’t secure a ship for the voyage.
The former AIDAuara, which was believed to be the ship for the Life at Sea cruise, was sold to Celestyal Cruises in November.
In November, Kendra Holmes, the CEO of Miray and Life at Sea, resigned from the company. It has been reported that she is now involved in a new startup world cruise called HLC Cruises.
CNN also mentioned that HLC Cruises plans to operate with a “temporary ship” for a few months until they acquire a permanent vessel for their cruise operations.
