Poorly planned trips were identified as the main source of travel stress, exacerbated by rising airline ticket prices that do not correspond with improvements in service quality.
To alleviate travel stress, the chauffeur service suggests pre-booked private airport transfers, English-speaking chauffeurs for in-city travel, and integrating leisure time into work trips, which 54pc of respondents believe would enhance productivity.
The report emphasizes the need for greater investment in business travel experiences, highlighting that 94pc of UK executives believe premium experiences would positively impact their productivity and overall success.
