The developer must pay a financial contribution of €190364 towards public infrastructure and lodge a cash security of €142500 for completion of roads and open spaces. A Part V agreement will provide for social and affordable housing in line with the county development plan. Construction hours have been limited to between 7am and 7pm Monday to Saturday with no work permitted on Sundays or public holidays.

The site lies within the Enniskerry Architectural Conservation Area and the council has required changes to the vehicular entrance to align with the existing boundary wall. A Stage 3 road safety audit must take place before any homes are occupied. Archaeological monitoring will occur during topsoil stripping and at least 20pc of parking spaces must include electric vehicle charging points.
