Boojum has invested €600,000 in a new restaurant at Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre in North Dublin. The 90-cover restaurant opens on 22 October 2026 creating 25 jobs. It becomes the brand’s tenth site in County Dublin.
The restaurant occupies a 1,700 sq ft ground-floor unit opposite Intersport Elverys. It offers full sit-in dining, takeaway, click-and-collect and delivery services. Boojum is giving away 200 free burritos to the first people in line on opening day.
Boojum CEO David Maxwell noted Swords has long been a priority location given strong local demand. The move aligns with the company’s post-acquisition strategy targeting prime suburban retail hubs. The chain continues to expand across Ireland.
