Domes Resorts has announced three new hotel openings in Greece for 2027 following its acquisition of Casa Collective in April 2026. The expansion will see Casa Cook debut in Halkidiki and Santorini, alongside a new Cook’s Club property in Kassandra, marking the next phase of development for the lifestyle hospitality brands.
Casa Cook Athos will open in northern Greece in summer 2027, reviving a 1959 modernist landmark overlooking a sheltered bay on the peninsula near the gateway to Mount Athos. Originally designed by Periklis Sakellarios and now reimagined by Berlin-based studio Vision Alphabet, the 60-key hotel will welcome guests aged 12 and over with rooms, suites and a villa, two restaurants, direct beach access and a spa.
Cook’s Club Kassandra marks the next evolution of the brand, introducing its first property on the Greek mainland. Scheduled to open in summer 2027 among the pine-covered hills of Kriopigi on Halkidiki’s western peninsula, this adults-only property centres around the main pool and pool bar. Casa Cook Santorini will launch in early Q2 2027 in the village of Firostefani with six traditional cave-style residences.
George P. Spanos shared “The acquisition of Casa Collective represents an important step in our growth strategy, allowing us to expand our lifestyle ecosystem while building on the distinct identities of Casa Cook and Cook’s Club. These three openings in hotels we own showcase how much we believe in the soul and the character of these brands.”
