
Restaurant & Hospitality Skillnet, part of Skillnet Ireland Business Networks, has launched a virtual reality (VR) customer service upskilling solution called VR Resolve, a training program is tailored for the hospitality industry.
The company says it offers a “unique and engaging experience for employees to improve their skills in handling customer complaints effectively.” By stepping into realistic scenarios, participants can practice responding to complaints and see the consequences of their actions in a risk-free virtual setting.
Restaurant & Hospitality Skillnet focuses on developing and delivering upskilling solutions for businesses in the hospitality sector, ensuring their training needs are met. Skillnet Ireland, the national talent development agency, delivered over €70.2m worth of upskilling programs to almost 25,000 Irish businesses and 92,000 workers in 2022 through its 70 Business Networks.
