ACASS Ireland’s sole Citation XLS+, registered as D-CPLN, has been reregistered in Germany as part of a dispute between ACASS and the aircraft’s owner, Amborella.

The aircraft has been parked at Bournemouth since October 21, 2024, following a flight from Farnborough and was seen with the new registration on February 3, 2025.

Amborella requested the aircraft’s transfer to a Hamburg-based company, a request ACASS Ireland cooperated with while seeking to recover €1.19m in maintenance costs.

ACASS Ireland currently manages a fleet that includes a Global Express XRS and a G450, but does not operate any Citation XLS+ aircraft through its Canadian and European divisions.
