ACI EUROPE has launched the world’s first sector-specific ACI EUROPE Charter for Inclusion in Brussels, focusing on promoting diversity and accessibility within the airport industry.

The Charter outlines core principles, including inclusive design, greater accessibility for passengers with disabilities, and cultural sensitivity, aimed at improving the air travel experience for all passengers.

Magda Kopczyńska of the European Commission expressed strong support for this initiative, highlighting its alignment with the EU’s commitment to fostering equality.

The ACI EUROPE Charter for Inclusion aims to empower airport staff, enhance stakeholder collaboration, and ensure that inclusivity becomes a fundamental aspect of air travel across Europe.
