Aer Lingus is accepting applications for its 2025 Aircraft Engineer Apprenticeship Programme until February 28, 2025, targeting candidates with a strong technical and mechanical interest.

The four-year program includes practical experience starting in Dublin, continuing for nine months in Shannon, and returning to Dublin to work alongside experienced engineers.

Apprentices will complete their studies at Technological University Dublin or South East Technological University, earning modules required for their EASA license.

Graduates will gain opportunities to work on aircraft models including the A320 Classic, A321 XLR, and A330, paving the way for careers in Aer Lingus’ Maintenance & Engineering department.
