Aer Lingus has launched a new Cabin Crew recruitment campaign for fixed-term opportunities at its Dublin base.

Successful candidates will undergo a paid six-week training programme at the Aer Lingus Training Academy, covering essential skills and safety procedures. Newly qualified Cabin Crew will operate flights on the airline’s Airbus fleet to various European and North American destinations.

Applicants must be over 18, eligible to live and work in Ireland, and hold at least 12 months of customer service experience. Upon completion, candidates will earn a European EASA Attestation – a globally recognised qualification for Cabin Crew – and full first aid certification.

Applications for these positions close at 5:00 PM on Friday, September 5, 2025.
