Aer Lingus Regional introduced Express Bag Drop kiosks at Belfast City Airport for faster baggage handling.
Passengers used the Aer Lingus app to scan QR codes and tag bags in under two minutes. The kiosks employed Airware technology that positioned them in the check-in area for ease. Emerald Airlines staff assisted first-time users who proceeded directly to security gates. The service offered exclusive benefits to Aer Lingus Regional travellers on multiple UK routes.
