AerCap has confirmed completion of 705 asset transactions across 2025 including 371 lease agreements, 145 purchases and 189 sales. Financing transactions reached approximately €11.25 billion.
The company received around €1.28 billion in cash insurance proceeds mainly from a Russia-related judgment. Share repurchases totalled 22.1m at an average €93.70 per share costing €2.04 billion. Fourth quarter activity included 122 leases and 240 assets overall.
