
Ailing Malaysian airline MYAirline has received 15 proposals from potential investors, and two of them are in advanced stages of negotiations.
The Malaysian low-cost carrier has responded to show cause notices issued by the Civil Aviation Authority Malaysia (CAAM) and the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM).
MYAirline’s team is working to finalize a recapitalization package to revive operations and facilitate the reimbursement of passengers, salary payments, and statutory dues.
MYAirline has formally responded to the show cause notices from CAAM and MAVCOM, and both agencies are conducting investigations into the carrier’s operations and possible breaches of its licenses.
