The Air Canada Foundation has introduced the Big Dreams Grant Program to fund Canadian organisations dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children and youth through active recreation and sports. Inspired by the collaborative spirit of Team Canada, the initiative seeks to empower community groups nationwide in promoting physical activity and positive development among young people.

Eligible organisations can apply for grants to support programmes that encourage participation in sports and recreational activities. This launch represents an expansion of the foundation’s philanthropic efforts focused on youth empowerment and community health.

The programme aims to create lasting impacts by fostering inclusive opportunities for physical engagement. It reinforces Air Canada’s commitment to corporate social responsibility beyond aviation operations.
