
A sweeping fleet renewal and an expanded European network signal a confident new phase for Air Canada
Air Canada has launched a comprehensive cabin renewal across mainline, Rouge and Express brands. All Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft transferred to Rouge by 2026 with 12 Business Class seats and free Wi-Fi. A new Rouge crew base opened in Vancouver to serve leisure routes from Western Canada.
Fifteen Airbus A321s completed retrofits with upgraded entertainment and Wi-Fi connectivity. Air Canada introduced five new European routes for summer 2026 including Montréal to Berlin three times weekly.
