Air France has entered a partnership with New York-based chef Daniel Boulud to create signature dishes for La Première and business class passengers.
The new menu will be available on flights from key US cities including Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, and Washington DC starting this summer.
The rollout of the new offerings follows Air France’s introduction of upgraded La Première suites on daily flights between Paris CDG and New York JFK.
Boulud previously collaborated with Air France in 2016, creating popular dishes such as Atlantic lobster and Moroccan chicken tagine for US routes.
Boulud will also oversee a restaurant at the upcoming Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch, scheduled to open in 2026.
Daniel Boulud shared: “As both a French chef and a New Yorker, it is an honour for me to play a part in this essential connection that Air France provides between the United States and France. I try to bridge the distance with my culinary offerings as well, which combine innovation and tradition.
