For 2024, Airbus aims to deliver around 800 commercial aircraft, achieve EBIT Adjusted between €6.5-€7.0bn , and have free cash flow before customer financing of around €4.0bn 

Airbus FY 2023 results report strong order intake across all businesses.

  • 735 commercial aircraft were delivered in 2023.
  • Revenues reached €65.4bn , with EBIT Adjusted at €5.8bn  and EBIT (reported) at €4.6bn .
  • Free cash flow before M&A and customer financing was €4.4bn , and net cash stood at €10.7bn .
  • Dividend proposals include €1.80 per share and a special dividend of €1.00 per share.
  • Gross commercial aircraft orders for 2023 were 2,319, compared to 1,078 in 2022.
  • Net orders, after cancellations, amounted to 2,094 aircraft, compared to 820 in 2022.
  • The order backlog at the end of 2023 was 8,598 commercial aircraft.
  • Airbus Helicopters registered 393 net orders in 2023, compared to 362 units in 2022.
  • Airbus Defence and Space’s order intake increased by 15pc to €15.7bn  in value.
  • Consolidated revenues for Airbus increased by 11pc to €65.4bn  in 2023, with 735 commercial aircraft delivered.

Guillaume Faury, Airbus Chief Executive Officer of Airbus said: “in 2023 we recorded strong order intake across all our businesses and we delivered on our commitments. This was a significant achievement given the complexity of the operating environment We will continue to invest in our global industrial system, while progressing on our transformation and decarbonisation journey. Our dividend proposals are a reflection of the strong 2023 financials, our growth prospects in 2024 and balance sheet strength.”
