The shortfall constrained A320neo family production rates through twenty twenty-seven. Monthly A320neo output fell short of seventy-five units by the end of twenty twenty-six before stabilisation.

A220 production targets have been revised with a rate of thirteen monthly builds expected in twenty twenty-eight.

Guillaume Faury shared “the manufacturer must bite the bullet regarding lower output, confirming it now targets approximately 870 aircraft deliveries in 2026, even though its own production capacities would allow it to exceed 900 deliveries.”
