Alicante’s connectivity with Ireland and other key markets is higher than pre-pandemic, putting the airport on a par with Lanzarote in the number of weekly flights from Ireland. The only routes with higher frequencies from Irish airports are Faro and Malaga.

Ryanair are to base nine aircraft in Allcante for winter 2023-24, two more than last winter, operating 68 routes with increased frequencies on 42 of them, including Dublin, London, Brussels, Milan and Manchester. The schedule features three new destinations to Budapest, Paderborn, and Warsaw.
