Alii Palau Airlines has started operations using a chartered A320-200N from Drukair, operating its first roundtrip between Singapore Changi and Koror. They plan to expand their network and mode of operation.
Initially, they offer one weekly flight, which will increase to twice weekly starting from December 21. This route provides the only direct link between Koror and Singapore.
Alii Palau Airlines is currently relying on Drukair’s capacity while they work on securing their own air operator’s certificate. Although there are no immediate plans to acquire their own aircraft, they are exploring the expansion of their network to reach destinations such as Japan, Korea, Yap, and Pohnpei.
