Listowel Food Fair is calling all emerging artisan food producers to compete in the 2023 fair.
The 28th Listowel Food Fair, one of Ireland’s longest-running food festivals, will take place from November 9th to November 13th, 2023 in Listowel.
The fair will host the “2023 Best Emerging Artisan Food Competition” in association with Kerry Local Enterprise Office, aiming to support and promote emerging talent in the Irish food sector.
The competition features five categories for artisan food producers to showcase their creations: Baking & Baked Goods, Beverages (Alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic), Dairy, Condiments, and Free-from & Health products.Entrants must ensure that their food products are not mass-produced and have been in production for two years or less. The deadline for registration is Friday, November 3rd, 2023, and judging will take place on Tuesday, November 7th, 2023. The overall winner will receive €1000, with category winners receiving €200 each.
