
Avolon reported 45 aircraft acquired and agreements for an additional 138 in 2024..
The Dublin based lessor has a fleet of 1,129 owned, managed and committed aircraft at year end, including the proposed acquisition of Castlelake Aviation Limited and its 116 aircraft.
The company successfully sold 55 aircraft during the year and ended with 64 aircraft agreed for sale, maintaining a robust owned and managed fleet of 558 aircraft.
Avolon secured US$14bn in new financing, boosting its total revolving debt capacity to US$7.2bn, and received positive outlook ratings from both Moody’s and Fitch.
Partnerships with Airbus ZEROe and Air New Zealand were announced to support the commercialization of hydrogen-powered and clean tech aircraft, further affirming Avolon’s commitment to innovation in aviation. During nthe year Avolon
