
Heathrow T5 changes this week include British Airways club check-in move from Zones H/G to Zone A/B at the North end of the terminal which the airline says wil provide better accessibility for customers.
Iberia has moved counters from Zone A/B to Zone H, offering six counters for economy passengers and two for business class customers.
BA’s new Club check-in area is conveniently located close to the entrance to the terminal building from the London Underground/Heathrow Express. It is accessible for Club Europe and Club World customers, as well as Silver and Bronze Executive Club members and equivalent oneworld Sapphire and Ruby status levels.
The dedicated First Wing for first-class customers and Gold Executive Club members remains at the South end of the terminal, giving them an alternative check-in option.
