
British Airways has relaunched the online platform for its On Business loyalty programme, catering to companies and their employees.
The site previously faced technical issues, with members needing to contact BA’s call centre for reward flight and cabin upgrades using On Business Points.
Members received an email announcing the availability of the updated online platform, allowing account access, redemption of points, and balance checking through onbusiness.com.
Members are required to reset their password and use an authenticator app for multi-factor authentication to enhance security when accessing their accounts. The On Business programme targets small and medium businesses, offering points that can be redeemed for flights and upgrades with British Airways, American Airlines, and Iberia.
