The lounge refurbishment coincides with the 45th anniversary of British Airways flights to Seattle, established on April 27, 1980, with current operations using Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

Future expansions include new lounges at Dubai International Airport later this year and Miami Airport, both designed by Gensler as part of a $9bn investment programme.
