North Dublin councillors have voiced concern over a new BusConnects route serving Dublin Airport, calling it a major issue for commuters.
The route, known as E Spine, will result in the loss of six buses and may cause confusion, particularly for older individuals.
The changes will affect routes such as the 9, 11, 4, 155, and 83, which are main transportation options for people in Finglas, Ballymun, and parts of Glasnevin.
They say the introduction of the new route, including the number 19, which starts from the airport, may pose challenges due to limited frequency and potential overcrowding.
