China Airlines’ Airbus A330-301, registered B-18301, has landed at Ireland West Airport (NOC).

The aircraft, in a 313-seat, two-class layout, flew from Taipei via Bangkok and Vienna under callsign CALO77. Delivered to China Airlines on 29 June 2004, the 21.4-year-old A330-300 is powered by GE CF6-80E1A4 engines.

The aircraft will be currently stored at Ireland West Airport. China Airlines revealed a €7.5bn order for 24 Boeing 787 Dreamliners at the Paris Air Show 2023 to replace its A330-300 fleet by 2038, supporting its Net Zero 2050 goal.
