Condor plans to launch European feeder flights in 2025 from Berlin, Hamburg, Milan Malpensa, Munich, Prague, Rome Fiumicino, Vienna, and Zurich, expanding its operations beyond scheduled flights from Germany to include domestic and selected European cities.

The initiative aims to enhance connectivity for long-haul flights and address rising operational costs in Germany, positioning Condor as a direct competitor to Lufthansa and indirectly to low cost trans-Atlantic carriers Aer Lingus and Jetblue.

The airline, traditionally seen as a leisure carrier, has expanded its network to include key US cities like New York and San Francisco, and introduced premium seating options on its long-haul flights to cater to corporate travellers. Condor is currently replacing its fleet with new A330neos and A320neos.

Most feeders commence 30 March, 2025, with some starting on 1 May. While many airlines collaborate with Deutsche Bahn for rail-air marketing, Condor’s strategy focuses on feeding its own flights despite the availability of high-speed rail connections to Frankfurt.
