DAA board reportedly investigating third complaint against Kenny Jacobs

The DAA board is investigating a third complaint against chief executive Kenny Jacobs before his January 2026 exit.  

There are no details released on nature of latest complaint whichw as reported in Ireland’s Sunday newspapers. 

Previously, two complaints were filed via protected disclosures were dismissed after eight-month review.  Jacobs is receiving a reported €1m package under a mediated agreement awaiting ministerial sign-off.
