Crystal has appointed Danny Giles as regional sales manager north and Stefan Nicodemus as regional sales manager northern Europe.
Danny Giles brings over 20 years of experience to his role and will focus on driving trade sales performance and expanding Crystal’s market presence in Scotland, North of England, and Ireland. He will report to Stephen Joyner, Crystal’s senior sales manager UK and Ireland.
Stefan Nicodemus, with over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, will be responsible for enhancing trade sales performance and market presence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, and Scandinavia. He will report to Michael Steffl, Crystal’s director trade sales EMEA.
Crystal has launched a new trade booking incentive program called Sell Three, Sail Free, which offers agents a free cruise for qualifying new bookings on select sailings in various regions worldwide.
