Dublin Airport anticipates will process 1.4m passengers this Christmas between Wednesday, December 18 and Sunday, January 5., featuring its largest festive entertainment program to date, including performances by local choirs and musicians in the terminals.

The airport expects approximately 90,000 fewer passengers than last year due to a passenger cap limiting additional services on popular routes.

Passengers are advised to arrive two to three hours in advance depending on flight duration, with peak travel days on December 20 and December 27, when around 93,000 and 97,000 passengers are expected, respectively.

Graeme McQueen from Dublin Airport emphasizes the airport’s commitment to providing a smooth and festive experience, with numerous entertainment activities and community engagement throughout the holiday season.
