Florida governor Ron DeSantis and Disney have settled a lawsuit over control of Walt Disney World’s governing district.
The settlement agreement was approved by the board of the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District in a meeting.
The agreement ends nearly two years of litigation that began when DeSantis took over the district from Disney supporters after the company opposed Florida’s “Don’t Say Gay” law.
