Dublin airport summer schedules up 6.7pc on pre pandemic

Dublin Airport has launched its summer schedule 2024 with 2,600 flights per week this summer to hundreds of destinations all around the world, up 6.7pc from 2,436 pre pandemic.

Highlights of the 2024 summer schedule include:

  • Aer Lingus will operate a new 4w service to Denver, Dalaman 2w, Heraklion2w and Catania 3w, while Minneapolis St Paul resumes 4w.
  • Delta will operate a new daily route to Minneapolis St Paul
  • WestJet wil operate to Toronto (daily) and Halifax 4w.
  • JetBlue launched daily flights to New York and Boston from mid-March.  
  • Dan Air’s first summer operating at Dublin Airport, flying 3w to Bacau, launched December 2023
  • Hainan Airlines is increasing its service between Dublin and Beijing in China from 2w to 4w during peak summer period
  • Widerøe Airlines is increasing its Bergen service to 3w. 
  • Finnair is increasing its daily Helsinki service 10w.
  • Sun Express is increasing its Izmir service to daily flights (during the peak period) and its route to Antalya to 3w (during the peak period). 
  • Qatar Airways is increasing capacity on its Doha route by an additional 54 seats per aircraft. 
  • Dublin now has a regular B777 service from American.
  • United are back to double daily Newark service by United
