The European Travel Agents’ and Tour Operators’ Associations (ECTAA) has launched its Travel Industry Ambassador Programme to showcase innovative travel agents and tour operators who are making a strong contribution to the future of travel.
The programme is a response to the challenges faced by the travel sector and emphasizes the need for collective action and expertise.
Ambassadors in the programme will participate in workshops and interactive sessions to develop their communication skills, navigate challenging topics, build a digital presence, and engage with EU policy makers.
The programme offers networking opportunities, allowing ambassadors to connect with influential professionals and build strategic partnerships.
The programme is open to individuals working for a travel agency, tour operator, or an ECTAA member organisation, and interested individuals can contact the ECTAA secretariat to initiate their application. It is supported by industry partners such as Visa, Mastercard, Trust My Group, Perseuss-Actuary, Visit Bulgaria, and Mize.
The first group of ECTAA Travel Industry Ambassadors includes individuals from Belgium, Finland, Italy, The Netherlands, Sweden and Ukraine.
