Enniscrone Beach in County Sligo and Ballinesker Beach in County Wexford have been ranked among the top 20 dog-friendly beaches in Europe.
The top spot for dog-friendly beaches was awarded to Plage de la Salie in France, with a score of 90.33/100.
Searches for “dog-friendly holidays” increased by 32pc in the past month, prompting CV Villas to commission an online survey the best dog-friendly beaches across Europe for 2025.
